Dust complaint.

No fugitive dust observed. Demolition of foundation and basement is in progress. Demo contractor is using sprinkler to control dust and running it in advance of excavating into material. Ground was visibly wet. He did state that Intermountain Gas crew was doing work in the alley earlier in morning and created some dust.

Project has been abated for any hazardous contents (ie asbestos; lead). No trackout of materials, no offiste discharges of dust control water. Site vegetatation and sidewalks preserved around work area.

Site appears to be in compliance. Reminded demo man and developer that dust control is a priority and is required.

At time of inspection, 4 PM 7/7 water was being used for dust. No fugitve plumes observed.
