Micron SWPPP inspection of all construction projects with earth disturbance and use of staging and laydown areas. The CUP, Nitrogen plant, and B37 are under construction. B37 parking lots should be paved before end of month. Interior work is still occuring on Fab 51. Pathway is in progress around perimeter of site. Parking lot expansion at the MASK building on Columbia.

SWPPP inspections are conducted weekly by Micron stormwater team as well as contractors (Air Products, ESI, Stock, Warner) . SWPPP binders, site maps, and inspection reports were available for review and are well organized and complete.

Light rain and wind at time of inspection.

BMPs installed:
- construction trackout control with rock and rumble bars for both access points (B37 and laydown/employee parking)
- parking and laydown area access route has certain areas with rock and geotextile berms to prevent runoff from leaving the construction area into Micron employee parking.
- storm drain inlet protection on all receiving inlets. Stormwater is retained onsite at Micron.

- containers for material and equipment storage prevent exposure to rain
