complaint about horrible dust
Called and left message with RP, talked to guys on site. Trucks dumping material causing huge clouds of dust. Workers are spraying as they spread dirt, some moisture on ground.
Told RP we would stop them if we get more complaints.

WIP on installing the forms, no washout on site. Permit sign not displayed. Large exposed pile of backfill in yard, will need to monitor for dust. No BMPs have been installed, nothing leaving site.

Large flat lot with some existing vegetation and gravel driveway. RP will post ESC permit sign. Work to begin next week.
No additional BMPs requested at this time, just housekeeping and dust control.. Approved for construction.
