WIP installing erosion control blanket that has seed mix inside mesh. Will cover the entire east side of parcel that is mostly bare. Notified homeowner to water mat regularly to get the seed started.

Placing rock along west side of home. Has installed lining and rip rap at the low end foundation and roof drain. this was a significant source of previous erosion.

Will replace/clean out gravel that has been filled with sediment from runoff from the home.

Site final scheduled for Friday.

Site has landscaping/stabilization bond but has been able to control erosion and sediment runoff while yard is not complete.

Mud and dirt in downhill residence sidwalk medium gravel needs to be cleaned and project needs full stabilization or installation of perimeter sediment control

Lot has been hydroseeded on south side. Home exterior looks completed, no issues at time of inspection.

Site is back in compliance, parcel hold removed, re-inspection fee paid.

Only correction made is posting an ESC sign.
Additional issues is drywall/paint/stucco has been washed out onto dirt and ran down hill.

- Install wattle on right hand side of home to act as sediment barrier.

- Dig trench behind curb to channel water to pass through silt fance/wattle

- install wattle at low end of site

- loose dirt covering sidewalk, apron, gutter in front of home.
- no perimeter sediment controls or barriers
- no slope erosion controls implemented
- no ESC permit sign posted.

Excavation completed. Road is clean, sidewalk has pit run on it and was mostly destroyed by equipment.

Some dirt on road from loading backfill. Contractor knows they need to sweep and keep road clean and sidewalk passable.

Met with excavator on site. Has trucks coming and will start hauling material. Will have road and sidewalk clean at end of day. Will finish installing BMPs when first loads are removed and there is room.
