Met with foreman at site. Sidewalk poured washout was used. Only issue is pile of trash and wrappers for material isn't contained. Asked him to get it cleaned up before it blows away.

Site is starting to thaw and get mucky. Talked to foreman, will spread some clean pitrun for parking and turn entrance as needed. Trash pickup scheduled for today. No windblown trash or issues at time of inspection.
