1 PM with Craig and Jay w/ Hammett Homes, which will be taking over subdivsion ESC responsibilities.
Corrections discussed:
- replace existing fiber mat sediment protection on storm drains in subdivision and on Forsythia - install lined concrete washout pit off Lassen with stabilized access, sign, - Hammett Homes is doing all homes (approx. 3 acres) so will need to file for LEW or CGP 2017 coverage. - clean up dumped concrete washout. - post subdivsion sign with information for subcontractors and public. Can post ESC permit signs here.
Reviewed employee parking, material unloading area, preserving vegetation on the lots, and keeping people off lots unless access is necessary. Requested that trash be contained
Dirt stockpiles to be regraded as part of the common area/park.

Verbal warning to RP/GC. Hammett Homes will be doing all homes in subdivsion. Onsite conference scheduled.
Hammett Homes has been warned that nay futher uncontained washout at this site will result in parcel holds and re-inspection fee.
