Myrtle and 2nd street was cleaned up and gutters checked for mud sources and spills. RP stated he has McAlvain focused on clean up each day now after their work.

Additional gutter check bags and change out of DI bags on Myrtle (3rd street and east of 2nd) will be completed. Follow up scheduled.

Notified RP that any amount of washout or rinsing directly onto ground is not allowed. RP states that pumptrucks are returning to site with material and washing out there.

Corrections needed:
- improve construction entrance rock for the Myrtle access
- provide washout pit or designated area for dumping extra rock where any rinsing is required.

Construction entrance installed, will post permit sign on Myrtle (currently on job trailer). Will use Ecopan for concrete washout. Side walk curb and drainage of site should keep runoff retained on site. Will begin on the east building first and preserve the gravel surface on west side.
