WIP on 4 4-plexes on south of project. Everything is clean. Streets have been swept except in front of units. 2 washout pan, no dumped washout. No track out or loose trash.

WIP on framing multiple units. One unit has foundation poured and worker is working on compacting base.
Washout pans at site and used, trash boxes used, also large scrap piles. Building materials are stored on empty lots. SIte fence off to keep people from cutting corners through area.
No trackout or blowing trash.

No tracking to Milwaukee.
Talked with shane while on site, has crew coming tommorow to clean, mud is tacky and to wet today to get anything done.

Streets and sidewalks look like they were swept, dirt tracked back on. Wood and trusses being used to block dirt, stopping people from cutting thjrough.
Dirt on road inside site, none tracking out. Site has it's own retention, any damage will be to self contained system.

Area fenced off, looks like people are going through lots to still cut corner and avoid stop light.
No dirt leaving site, roads within site are dirty. Work on 4 foundations, still setting forms, washout on site.

No construciton activity. Site set up for vertical consruciton. Newly installed storm drains have sediment protection installed. Will need to set up washout once buidling permits are issued for townhomes. Street name is Network & Tutor

Road and infrastructure complete. Storm drain sediment bags installed. No homes started yet.

Wattle on perimeter along Milwaukee, silt fence and swale protectiong southern perimeter. Site WIP, no dust. Some dirt on apron leading to Milwaukee, lloks old.
