Pictures taken and forwarded to hillside engineer. Two ads pipes and one solid pipe coming off hillside.
Follow up: Hillside says they are foundation drains and will never have water flowing unless there is a water line break or something wrong. All stormwater from gutters will go to sewer and not out foundation drains.
