This project is for an expansion to Delta Dental of Idaho’s existing headquarters building. The existing building was constructed in 1999 and is a single-story office building. This existing building, designated for this project as building ‘A’, is to be fully renovated and a new exterior entry element and rear wall element are to be added. Within building ‘A’ will be offices, open office space, meeting rooms, a break room, and toilet rooms. Building ‘A’ will be the main point of public entry, so a large interior lobby is provided.
A new single-story office building, designated for this project as building B, is to be constructed west of building A. This new building is to be connected to the existing building with a conditioned walkway so that Delta Dental’s staff can easily walk between buildings ‘A’ and ‘B’. Within building ‘B’ will be offices, open office space, meeting rooms, and toilet rooms.
A new detached garage structure, designated for this project as building ‘C’, is to be constructed south of the main office complex. This building is for the storage of Delta Dental of Idaho’s community outreach vans, trucks, and trailers. A small conditioned storage area is provided within building ‘C’. The project includes site and landscaping work. The project also includes hvac, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications work.

Met with PM/RP Brandon. Construction entrance leading to fenced off parking area, access road has been graveled all the way through. Delta Dental parking lot relocated, is 3/4 mix, will be responsibl;e for upkeep and trackout. Wattle has been placed around swales. Irragation ditch runs along perimeter, in plans to pipe it before irragation turned back on.
Existing paved parking lot will be on site through winter. No inlets at site or on Park Center.

RP Brandon called to notify that site is starting to mobilize. The first operation is to compete a
parking area for Delta Dental employees.

ESC site preparation inspection will occur Thursday once initial BMPs are installed.
