Concrete washout was removed to make room for backfill. Workers parking on street/sidewalk, dangerous curve due to hauling from project above. Will build rock parking on parcel after pour and replacemenmt of backfill. Perimeter controls will be added after they know how much room they will have on site. Can't use neighboring driveway or parcel above lot.
