L3 will be excavator. Site needs to be stripped to be recompacted. Water will be pulled from suez site on Hill road. Not sure on amount of material hauled off or in until they see how it will compact.
Lance Butler with Syman will be esc contact. Dust control will be primary issue for first few weeks.
BMPs will be installed as needed, will use berms to isolate lots and hillsides. Plan on seeding in october.
Work will probably begin week of 8-24 and grading scheduled for 10 working days.
Existing cattle guard will work as track pad. Recomend pit run road for time being, switching to track pad for fall once grading completed. L3 will get sweeper on schedule for trackout, some expected from water truck, will water site before grubbing.
