On all levels are adding smoke detection for elevator smoke doors and recall functions, duct detectors for all fire/smoke dampers and for HVAC AHU shut down, and area detectors over new NAC panels. Three new NAC power panels are being added for the new annunciation circuits, (two in the basement, one on the mezzanine level. Plans also show a second NAC panel (#200) on the mezzanine level but it is understood this NAC is intended to power the new a/v devices on the second floor, so it will not be installed until t the time when the second floor av's are upgraded. A new permit will be required at that time for the second floor alarm upgrade work.
