To expand an existing 4,109 square foot office tenant space on the 6th floor into an adjacent 813 square foot area. After the expansion the tenant space will have a floor area of 4,922 square feet. Work affecting fire sprinkler spacing is to include interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. All work per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit supersedes permit BLD00-00251 which was for the expansion of the 6th floor CSHQA tenant space into this 813 square foot area.
