Brighton-Columbia building, Ormond Builders - Installing a fire alarm system for required offsite fire sprinkler monitoring. This permit is for the shell and core only. No HVAC requiring smoke detector shut off is included at this stage of construction.
A separate Fire Alarm Permit will be required for any alarm modifications to be made as occupancy of the building occurs, such as adding smoke detectors for HVAC shut off, fire smoke dampers, alarm annunciation, or any other changes to the alarm system.
