Added by Inspector: 430 On 1/24/2002 7:39:29 PM No elevator recall works, provide as-built drawings at FACP and with the City, provide spot type detectors in beam pockets in electrical, phone/data, mechanical and elevator rooms, basement flow switch sends no signal, damper at device M1-31 in south basement does not operate when detector is smoked, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor flow switches do not report nor does the main flow switch, 2nd floor flow switch is programmed as a tamper, basement north stair strobe does not work, no signals are being sent off site
