(THE BIG EASY) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction of the building. This space was formerly occupied by "Muggs & Movies". To convert a movie theater/restaurant (A-3 Occupancy) to a dance hall/concert hall (A-2.1 Occupancy). Work is to include remodeling the 7,303 square foot main floor and the 1,652 square foot mezzanine. The mezzanine was expanded under permit BLD00-02994.
