PINNACLE SQUARE (SHELL BUILDING) - To install a fire alarm system in a new shell office building to provide required sprinkler monitoring. HVAC monitoring is to be added in conjunction with Tenant Improvement permits. A separate Alarm permit will be required to add these HVAC duct detectors, prior to occupancy.
The Bldg Permit is to construct a new 35,200 sq. ft., one story, 5-N, fully sprinklered, office shell building. No occupancy is allowed under the building permit.
