SCP GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES - To provide a new fire alarm system in a new, 2-story, V-N, 18,962 sq. ft. addition to an existing 109,471 sq ft., fully sprinklered (for area increase), V-N, building. The system will include complete manual pulls, HVAC duct smoke detectors and complete a.v annunciation. Plans indicate no sprinkler monitoring by the new FAC panel. It is understood all required sprinkler monitoring for the building is presently provided by the existing FAC panel, which is to be replaced by the new panel in June, per upgrade agreement approved by Fire Department.
