REMODEL* THIS IS AN OCCUPANCY USE CHANGE FOR THE FACILITY, "I1.1" (NURSING HOME) TO "B" (OFFICE), AND REQUIRES FULL CODE COMPLIANCE UPGRADE, SEC. 3405 & APPENDIX CH. 11, SEC. 1113, 1997 UBC. To modify and upgrade the existing fire sprinkler system to NFPA 13-1999 for the remodel a 19,480 ft/2 building main floor for new office's & support services space for "SLRMC Information Services", serving the internal functions of St. Luke's R.M.C., per approved plans on file. The 1,440 ft/2 basement is currently sprinklered for service mechanical/electrical. There is selective demolition of interior walls; removal of portion of existing roof structure to raise the roof elevation W/new structure, above the new computer room; construction of interior walls to form offices and new support areas.
