HORIZON - To install a new fire alarm system in a new, 1 story, 10,300 sq. ft., sprinklered building to provide required offsite sprinkler monitoring. The permit application indicates all the AHU's in the building (i.e. serving a common area) in combination do not exceed 2000 CFM, therefore no HVAC duct smoke detectors are required by the UMC and are not included in the alarm system design.
