Bannock West Apartments - To replace an existing inoperative fire alarm control panel in an existing, non-sprinklered apartment building. Work will include adding new manual pull stations, smoke detectors and heat detectors in common spaces and new horn/strobe devices. The system is to be monitored off site, so a remote annunciator will be installed at the front entrance (1st flr facing 17th St), with a Knox box provided at that location, with a key and map to the Utility room where the FAC panel is to be mounted. No change is indicated to the existing, 110v, single station smoke detectors in the individual dwelling units.
