Q'A BILLIARDS AND EATERY - To replace an existing fire alarm panel and install a new burglar/fire alarm system to provide required offsite sprinkler monitoring. The alarm system will include monitoring of HVAC duct detectors and a kitchen hood extinguishing system.
The building permit is to replace the HVAC system, interior finish, lighting and wiring in an existing 5,411 sq.ft. billiards and restaurant per approved plans on file. This work being done as a result of fire damage and includes kitchen repairs. No work being done in basement. A previous permit was issued for all structural roof repairs, and demolition work. A new one-hour grease duct shaft is bing constructed. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and will have a fire alarm system installed during this upgrade.
