The building permit is to expand the original 10000 sq ft office space to 15,037 sq ft. Work to include, removing tenant demising wall constructing new noncombustible interior partitions to expand open office area and create storage area, install suspended ceiling system exiting will occur through existing core area hallway. This building is fully fire sprinklered.
