DUBLIN UP IRISH PUB AND EATERY - To extend the existing building fire alarm system into the remodeled TI area; devices will include new smoke detectors over the control panels and notification appliances. The existing system includes required offsite monitoring of the sprinkler system, a manual alarm system, monitoring of HVAC duct detectors for shut off, and smoke and heat detectors. A new NAC panel will power the 2nd floor notifications devices.
The building permit (BLD01-00452) is to remodel a 5,618 square foot restaurant tenant space on the 2nd floor of the "Mode Building" for a new tenant. This space was formerly occupied by "Noodles Restaurant". The 1,700 square foot kitchen will remain virtually unchanged. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction.
