The building permit (BLD01-00552) is to remodel to expand an existing 4,515 sq. ft. retail tenant with storage and accessory office by adding an additional 2,606 sq. ft. New total for tenant will be 7,121 sq. ft. Work to include demolishing some interior walls, upgrading restroom to meet current accessibility standards, new interior walls with doors and one window, interior finish, plumbing work, and electrical work.
