The system will include required offsite sprinkler system monitoring, manual pull stations, partial smoke detection, HVAC duct detectors for HVAC shutdown, 1 smoke damper release, and full building a/v annunciation. The building permit (BLD00-03516) is to modify an existing warehouse building to accommodate equipment assembly area, high-piled storage and additional office area. To construct a new 2,952 sq.ft. mezzanine for office use within the existing building and to construct a 3,060 sq ft, one story loading dock addition. This building is fully fire sprinklered for allowable area increase.
