TARGET - To install a fire alarm system in a new, fully sprinklered building to provide required sprinkler offsite monitoring of 2 wet and one dry pipe systems. The system will also include three remote annunciators with adjacent pull stations in the office, fitting and guest services areas, duct detectors for HVAC shut down and one smoke damper release, area smoke detectors in selected rooms and for door hold-open release, . The building permit (bld01-00032) is to construct a 125,400 square foot, one story, Type VN, unlimited area retail shell and core. Fire sprinklers are used for unlimited area. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate plans and permits are required to complete the interior finishes\ tenant improvements.
