Work to include construction of 2 new exit stairs, installation of core area accessible restrooms and an accessible elevator, construction of a new tenant demising wall, construction of a non-rated corridor, installation of a new gypboard ceiling and related miscellaneous finishes for the 3,832 sq.ft. architects office. The remaining vacant tenant spaces not be finished or occupied at this time for which a separate permit for finish and occupancy will be required.
