The West Portion of this structure is under: FIR01-00237 which is attached to BLD00-02303. Underground was installed under: FIR01-00195. The entire building shall be of Type V-1hr construction to justify its area and height. This building is fully fire sprinklered because it is 3 stories tall and to justify low available fire flows. A 2-hr area separation wall divides the building because it would otherwise be over area. To fire sprinkler a 3 story, 24 unit, 22,800 square foot apartment building. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13R-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department.
