Work includes new duct detectors for HVAC shut down and smoke damper release, and new a/v notification appliances within the TI area connected to a new NAC panel on 4th floor (core area a/v devices are connected to the FAC panel).
This permit also includes approval for an addressable monitor module to be installed in the 1st floor NAC panel powering a/v notification devices in Georges's Cycle shop, which is required to provide circuit integrity monitoring.

The building permit BLD01-00525 is to construct a 7,548 sq.ft. office tenant on the 4th floor. Work to include, construction of approximately 57 lf of one-hour tenant demising wall, approximately 144 lf of one-hour fire resistive corridor walls, interior noncombustible partitions to create hallways, office spaces, break room, reception area, small conference rooms, installation of suspended ceiling system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO FINISH AND OCCUPY THE REMAINING 3944 SF AREA ON THE FOURTH FLOOR.
NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution.
