BOISE CITY MSA LTD PARTNERSHIP/ Verizon - To replace an existing fire alarm panel. The building was built under ADA County jurisdiction, prior to annexation and does not have complete sprinkler protection. Plans indicate two FM-200 systems to be installed in the non-sprinklered areas of the building. The new building alarm system will include monitoring of the existing sprinkler system, existing HVAC duct detectors, manual pulls at all exits, area smoke detection, and both new FM-200 releasing control panels. Note: This approval does not include the design of the FM-200 extinguishing systems, or related detection and control systems. No permit is required for voluntary (non-code required) extinguishing systems, other than for the purpose of connecting the releasing panel to the building FAC panel for monitoring of alarm/supervisory/trouble signals.
