The building permit (BLD01-00702) is to prepare this 2674 sq ft empty tenant space for future office Work to include, installation of a suspended ceiling system, installation of gypboard finishes on existing walls, (NOTE: Tenant demising wall and corridor walls are existing), install floor finish.
NOTE: This Permit approval is only for the work shown on the plans as stated in the SCOPE above. NO OCCUPANCY OF THIS TENANT AREA IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. NO OCCUPANCY WILL BE ALLOWED BEFORE ITEM #1 IS SATISFACTORILY COMPLETED.
