ALBERTSON'S #193 - To install a new fire alarm system in this new, sprinklered building, to provide required offsite monitoring of the sprinkler system. The alarm system will utilize an approved Radionics D7412 FAC panel and will also include necessary monitoring of the kitchen hood wet chem extinguishing system and duct detectors for shut down of air handler units.
The Building permit (BLD00-03068) is to construct a new 60, 325 sq ft, 1-storey, Type V-N, fully sprinklered, grocery store. A separate permit is required for high rack storage.
