* The plan A.01 and the alarm permit application indicate an E-3 occupancy in the southeast corner of Phase 1. This E occupancy was not shown on the building plans for Phase 1 and is not an approved occupancy for this building. The alarm plans are therefore reviewed on the basis that an E-3 occupancy does not exist. If an E-3 occupancy is intended, a new TI Building permit and a new Fire Alarm permit will be required for that modification. The Building Permit BLD00-03185, is to construct: A NEW 25,245 SQ. FT., TWO STORY, ATHLETIC CLUB BUILDING CONSTRUCTED OF MASONRY EXTERIOR WALLS, CONCRETE FLOORS AND STEEL STRUCTURAL ROOF FRAMING WITH METAL ROOF DECK. THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLED. THE SPRINKLERS ARE USED FOR ONE-HOUR CONSTRUCTION SUBSTITUTION. THIS IS THE FIRST PHASE OF A PROPOSED THREE PHASE BUILDING PROJECT. THIS BUILDING PHASE CONTAINS RACQUET BALL COURTS, EXERCISE AREAS, LOCKERS, RESTROOMS AND OFFICE AREAS.
