MK PLAZA IV (7TH FLR) - To add new ceiling-mounted smoke detectors for release of door hold-open devices on the corridor/elevator lobby doors and on a corridor door opening into the Primary Health tenant space, all on the 7th floor. The building permit (BLD01-00159) is to upgrade the common corridor on the 7th floor of MK Plaza IV. Work is to include 20 minute elevator lobby fire doors, 1-hr corridor tunnel construction, and penetration firestops.
