ST LUKES - NORTH WING-GROUND FLOOR / DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY - To add strobes and a smoke detector in the remodeled TI area, to be powered from a new NAC power supply to be located in the sub-basement, adjacent to the existing FAC panel. The building permit (BLD 01-01346) is to remodel an existing 4300 sq.ft. area currently in use as a gowned-waiting for Ultra Sound, to become the DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY CENTER. Work to include construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, 1-hour fire-resistive walls to create the Mammography Test area, two dressing rooms, a View Room and the Access Way to these areas. Also to upgrade electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler & alarm systems within the area as required for the new use and to stay compliant with current adopted city codes and ordinances.
A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for final occupancy and use of this remodeled area.
