ST JOHN'S CATHEDRAL - BASEMENT MUSIC ROOM - To add additional area smoke detection, manual pull station, and a/v notification appliances to meet Code within the TI area as defined by the Building Permit review comments, connected to the existing manual alarm system in this building.The building permit (BLD01-01204) is to convert the stage area in the basement of St. John's Cathedral (an A2.1 occupancy) to a 474 square foot music room (an E-2 Occupancy, to be operated as a separate tenant) to be used by the students of St. Joseph's Catholic Grade School. The entire stage, including the steps serving the stage, will be removed. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, wall finishes, floor finishes, and interior doors all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The fire alarm system, including smoke detection, will be covered under a separate permit. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
