(Also receiving structural integrity upgrade for seismic zone under BLD00-02394). Area of remodel is approximately 3,500 ft/2 of north half of the 2nd floor for patient rooms & support areas per approved plans on file. This permit is attached to BLD01-00843. All fire sprinkler work and related to be per the UFC as regulated by the Fire Department. (JWA)
