(ST LUKES-NORTH WING-GROUND FLOOR-DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY) To remodel an existing 4300 ft/2 main floor area, currently in use as a gowned-waiting for Ultra Sound, to become the DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY CENTER. Work to include light hazard occupancy fire sprinkler modifications for the installation of new interior non-bearing, 1-hour fire-resistive walls to create the Mammography Test area, two dressing rooms, a View Room and the Access Way to these areas. Includes removal of an existing Halon system with installation of sprinklers and a new tampered P.I. control for the fire service supply entering this facility. All work shall be as required for new occupancy use and maintain compliancy with current adopted city codes and ordinances per plans on file, as regulated by the Fire Department.
