The shell building fire alarm system was approved under FIR 01-00534.The building permit (BLD 01-01648) is to construct a 1,020 sq.ft. sandwich restaurant. This tenant is located in the northeast corner of the existing shell building. Work to include, construction of new one-hour fire-resistive tenant demising wall, construction of a new service counter, construction of new unisex accessible restroom, installation of kitchen appliances, installation of a suspended ceiling system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
