BOISE SAMARITAN VILLAGE - To extend the existing building fire alarm system to include a new Brain Injury Addition, to be built under BLD01-01560, and to complete the upgrade of the fire alarm system in all existing portions of this Care facility which were not previously upgraded in year 2000. This work is in accordance with a phased code compliance upgrade agreement approved by Boise City on 1/19/01. When this permit work is completed, all fire alarm devices shall be compatible with, and connected to, the Siemens MXL fire alarm control panel which was installed last year under BLD 99-02051; all other existing fire alarm control panels shall be eliminated with this final alarm upgrade.
The building permit (BLD 01-01560) is to CONSTRUCT A 6,746 SQ. FT. , ONE STORY, TYPE V1HR NURSING HOME BUILDING SEPARATED FROM THE EXISTING STRUCTURE WITH A TWO HOUR AREA SEPARATION WALL.
