Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, infilled openings in a 1-hr corridor wall, a raised platform, a gypsum board ceiling, a suspended ceiling, a 1-hr shaft for a grease duct, mill work, and equipment all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The Ha'Penny Bridge portion of this tenant space shall have the maximum allowed occupant load (143) posted on a permanent sign near the main exit.
