To modify, relocated and add fire sprinklers in a 4,400 ft/2 restaurant/bar and tenant improvements. This tenant will also have additional seating on a common exterior porch. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, in-filled openings in a 1-hr corridor wall, a raised platform, a gypsum board ceiling, a suspended ceiling, a 1-hr shaft for a grease duct, mill work, and equipment. Fire sprinkler work per drawings and plan review comments. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, as directed by the UFC and regulated by the Fire Department.
