Work to include one new accessible restroom, new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, new interior walls w/doors, new suspended ceiling. All sprinkler work shall be per the plans, review notes, installation requirements of NFPA 13-1999, as directed by the UFC and regulated by the Fire Department.
