Work to include two new accessible restrooms, new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, new interior walls w/doors, new suspended ceiling. Motor vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked, stored, or repaired in the warehouse. All sprinkler work shall be per the plans, review notes, installation requirements of NFPA 13-1999, as directed by the UFC and regulated by the Fire Department. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This permit is attached to building permit BLD01-02496.
