(AMERIPRIDE-GOWEN BUSINESS PARK) To modify fire sprinklers in a 16,767 ft/2 office and storage tenant space per plans on file. Work is related to the installation of interior nonbearing partitions to create 1528 ft/2 office area, which includes two restrooms and the installation of a suspended ceiling system. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered. All fire sprinkler work shall be per the requirements of NFPA 13-1999 as directed by the UFC and regulated by the Fire Department. Sprinklers spacing for small (light hazard occupancy) rooms of <800 ft/2, may be applied incorporating 5-6.3.2.1. Reference figures A-5-6.3.2.1. (UFC 1001.4). Occupancy is not permitted until the Fire Department has certified by signature on the issued "Permit" by the Boise City Building Department, that this fire sprinkler system installation has been inspected and installed in compliance with an approved Fire Department inspection review. The Fire Sprinkler Contractor shall provide ONE (1) set of Fire Department "Approved" "Stamped" plans, calculations, cover sheet accompanied with this comment letter. These documents shall remain on the project site, preferably with the Architectural approved plans, at all times for the field Fire/Life Safety Inspectors access. The permit Sign-Off card must be posted at all times on the project until completed. (Boise City Code, 7-8-1 through 7-8-6). This permit is attached to BLD01-02424.
