SPINK, BUTLER & CLAPP, LLP -To provide smoke detectors within the 2nd floor TI area for door hold-opens and for air handler shut down and to extend a/v annunciation within the TI area connected to the existing building fire alarm system and to provide a new NAC power extender panel for the new 2nd floor a/v devices.
Note: this building has area smoke detection in the corridors only, for 1-hr substitution, in accordance with UBC 1004.3.4.3 except. 6. The building shell fire alarm system plans were previously approved. The building permit (BLD 01-02507) is to construct a 5,018 sq.ft. office tenant per approved plans on file. Work to include, construction of noncombustible partitions, one-hour fire resistive tenant demising walls, install two required Egress doors into the existing rated corridor system, install sink and cabinet for break room, installation of a suspended ceiling system, Lighting, Mechanical, Electrical and Miscellaneous related interior finishes, cabinets and counters.
