To install an NFPA 13D (Modified per City Ordinance) fire suppression system in a 3922 ft/2 one story single family dwelling with a 808 ft/2 attached three car garage. This lot is located within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Modified 13D sprinkler system, includes a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along garage common wall. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work shall be per approved plans, all engineering and attached requirement lists, meeting the installation requirements of NFPA 13D, as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-01015.
