(EMPIRE BUILDING - BSMT CONFERENCE ROOM) This building is fire sprinklered under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC because of it's height and area. To Modify fire sprinkler in a 1,100 ft/2 conference room and an adjacent 130 ft/2 kitchenette, located in the basement of the "Empire Building". This conference room will be a light hazard occupancy, common area for the use of all building tenants. Work is related to the installation of interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. All work shall be per approved, stamped plans, plan review conditions, the UFC and NFPA 13-1997, as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-02633.
